This 3 day (or all day) course has been designed to take you from absolute beginner to confident top-rope climber, giving you the ability to climb at any indoor rope gym unsupervised
On this in-depth course you will learn how to tie in, belay your buddy, catch and take falls, side step common mistakes made by new climbers, learn all the lingo, skills and techniques to help you become a better climber. You’ll have some fun optional home assignments to introduce you to the exciting world of climbing culture
You will also walk away with an Adventuress Academy tips sheet to help you remember everything you’ve learned. Climb on!

Requirements All participants are required to attend each session. No previous climbing experience needed. Must be 18+

- Falling and catching falls
- How to use auto belay

- How to avoid typical beginner mistakes
- Climbing techniques to progress quickly
- Intro to climbing culture
