CANCELLATION POLICY
Please consider if you may need to cancel last minute as this event is NON REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE under any circumstances. We reserve the right to cancel this event at any time, should we cancel your ticket price will be fully refunded.
If there is a rail strike that effects our particular rail route for this trip which means that cannot take the train to our destination then the event will be cancelled and your ticket will be refunded. We do not offer refunds for strikes on any other line of transport.
We do not cancel due to poor weather unless it presents a danger to those attending.
If canceling it is good etiquette to change your RSVP to No to give somebody else a chance to join.

By attending you acknowledge that this is a hazardous activity where the risk of injury may occur, and that your safety is your own responsibility. Should injury occur Kate Capelli or Adventuress In The Wild Ltd will not be held liable or responsible.
If concerned with the risk of injury then you are encouraged take out your own personal insurance to cover this.
By attending you are also confirming that you are over 18 years of age.
Kate Capelli or Adventuress Hikers will not be held liable should any illness, including Covid-19, occur as a result of attending this event.
